Education and Treatment Services for Individuals Charged With DUI, BUI and Related Offenses.
Because thousands are killed or injured each year in alcohol- or other drug-related crashes, ADSAP works with offenders to reduce the number of crashes that result in death, injury, or property damage.
State law requires all who have a DUI conviction, implied consent, or BAC of .15 or greater to successfully complete ADSAP before they can be eligible for relicensing. The goal of the program is to improve highway safety by providing assessment, education, intervention, and treatment services for DUI offenders to reduce the risk of them committing another DUI in the future.
ADSAP services are certified by DAODAS and are available in each of the state’s 46 counties. If you live in South Carolina, you will contact your local ADSAP office, regardless of where you received the charge.
