The prevention specialist will conduct needs assessments, program planning, delivery and evaluation of alcohol, tobacco, and other drug abuse prevention programming.
Master’s or bachelor’s degree in public health, Human Services, or closely related field and (1) year of experience in human services or educational programming. Must obtain prevention professional certification within (3) years of hire date. Strong facilitation and presentation skills preferred
Qualified individuals will answer multi-line phone, greet clients, schedule appointments and assist with payment collections. Experience in medical office setting, working with an electronic health record preferred. Minimum qualifications would be one year experience in professional office setting and strong computer skills required. Positions hours would be Monday through Thursday 9:00 – 5:30pm and Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm.
