Positions hours would be Monday through Thursday 9:00 – 5:30pm and Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm.

Seeking a licensed, experienced counselor to work with adolescents and adults in an outpatient setting. Job duties include: assessment, treatment plan development, individual, group and family counseling, case and crisis management, discharge planning.

Minimum qualifications include a Master’s degree in counseling or related field and a LPC, LMSW or LISW license. Certification in Alcohol and drug preferred.

The Quality Improvement Coordinator is a full-time, on-site position. Role responsibilities include but are not limited to participation in evaluation, development, and improvement of all agency policies and procedures, conducts routine chart/quality assurance audits, writes and edits required reporting, monitors state and federal guidelines to ensure agency compliance, provides staff education for compliance standards and competency training.

Qualified candidates will have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree, master’s preferred and 3 years in the human services field.
